I am passionate about creating digital products and services that solve real problems and delight customers.
With a broad range of experience in product ownership, marketing, digital analytics, ecommerce, customer onboarding and conversion rate optimisation, I drive customer-focused outcomes for businesses.
I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, defining product vision and strategy, conducting user research and testing, and optimising user journeys and experiences. I'm also the founder the successful e-commerce business Synth Cable Supply Co that supplies specialised cables and accessories to musicians, composers and audio engineers located all around the world. This lets me expand my skillset into coding, business systems automation, import/export logistics, marketing and accounting.
